Rail Signage

On behalf of Stadler Rheintal AG, we assisted in developing, decommissioning, serially producing, and assembling the interior and exterior signage for the entire fleet of 53 vehicle compositions of the "Stadler Merseytravel Class 777" for Merseytravel, the Liverpool public transport operator, from 2019 to 2022. This collaborative effort allowed us to develop and determine the signage tailored to the customer right from the start. 

Prototypes were used to determine the correct materials, implementation methods, and positions for the first sample vehicles. This approach facilitated specific printing and type cut sheets tailored to different cars and car numbers during the serial production process. The interactive assembly instructions, created simultaneously and continuously refined, enabled efficient application of the various positions on all vehicles.
